Voting
Shallow just posted a question to Ask J-Walk:
When was the last time you voted?
I'm pretty sure that it was the in 1972 elections. I was in college and, for some reason, I was registered to vote. A bunch of us decided to vote for me as a write-in candidate for mayor of Columbia, Missouri. I didn't win, and after that I became disillusioned with the election process.
But seriously, I haven't been registered to vote for more than 30 years. There are several reasons: I hate politics, I hate politicians, and I don't take the time to learn about the issues. But probably the main reason is that I don't want to receive all of the political junk mail and telemarketing calls (the Do-Not-Call list does not apply to politicians).

Excel 2003 Bible
I just discovered that my Excel 2003 Bible has a sales rank of 699 at Amazon. I'm not sure if that's the rank for all books, or just computer books. or maybe it's just Excel books.
In any case, that's a pretty good number. Thanks to every one who bought it.
