"The Excel Guy" Merchandise
I set up an account
with Cafe Press -- the company
that applies imprints to various products. Now you can order "The Excel Guy"
merchandise, and let the world know just how nerdy you really are.
What's an Excel guy? Well, every office has one...
Q. Hey, how do I import that file?
A. I don't know, ask The Excel Guy.
So far, the products are limited: a golf shirt ($16.99), a coffee mug ($10.99), and a baseball cap ($12.99). If anybody actually buys this stuff, I'll consider adding some additional items. The pricing, by the way, is at the absolute minimum (no mark-up).

Microsoft Crash Gallery
This purpose of the Microsoft Crash Gallery site is:
...for showing screenshots and photos of software screwing up, with specific (but not exclusive) focus on Microsoft software.

You'll find dozens of error messages -- I think I've seen them all over the years.

Vintage Photo Gallery
The web site for
Consumer Reports magazine has a
vintage photo gallery. This is fascinating stuff -- really!
Our research includes documenting our work in photographs, many of which have been published in Consumer Reports magazine over the years. This archive of vintage photographs shows the ingenuity of our testers and traces American consumer products over the decades.
