Protecting Yourself From Satanic Spells
(with comments)

At the Baptist Press: Many Satanists prefer the shadows.

A former Satanist, Gwan Garrison talks about casting spells.

Garrison said the power that he and a witch at a former workplace in California were able to hold over others through casting spells was "truly amazing."

"If we had a run-in with someone, we would cast a spell of sickness, marital strife or financial loss on them. We would throw all sorts of things at them to cause them harm, and we saw the results very clearly."

How to protect yourself from Satanic spells? Accept Christ.

The power over Christians was less effective, while those without a strong commitment to Christ were more vulnerable.

Note that the power over Christians was _less_ effective. In other words, being a Christian only protects you against some of the effects of the Satanic spells.

Now, where's my "My myth can beat up your myth!" T-shirt...?

My experience has been the opposite. The more a person believes in Jesus, the more they accept that Satan exists. The more they believe Satan exists, the greater the fear of black magic, and the less amount of time I have to wait in line at the grocery store.

I'm guessing Garrison and his witch buddy are often the slackers in that California workplace and when approached to actually do their jobs they instead retaliate by backstabbing and spreading viscous rumors about the persons that try to hold them accountable. It happens in our office all the time as there are several small groups that seem to be banded together and take extraordinary effort to avoid work assignments while they go about their business of monitoring others life and dealing with family issues via cell phone or even spending most of the day shopping on the web..
Well it’s a good thing for me since I have plenty of time to visit blogs while the idiots are posturing.

I like the "throw everything at them".

So they'd wish every kind of evil so that when the person would catch cold or argue with their spouse or stub their toe, the Satanists would take credit?

HAH! Talk about a never-fail strategy!
